Returns
If you're not satisfied with your first order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if the item is opened. We're committed to your wellness journey and want you to feel confident giving us a try.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@earthbloomers.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for the following:

Once your return is approved and received, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, minus return shipping if applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, we may authorize a return so you can place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@earthbloomers.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
